Welcome Elite Dancers

Please submit all information by August 31st.
In order to submit this registration, you will need the following:
- 5x7 digital headshot in color. Please email your headshot to info@eliteperformancechallenge.com by August 31, 2024.
- Bio written in 3rd person in 125 words or less.

If you have these saved to your computer, please begin registration.

Required for Elite Dancers

Dancers must sign up for their first event and also sign up for additional locations that you wish to attend. Elite Dancers will recieve assistant shirts, an official Elite dancer vest, entrance to all classes, and one parent observer band (show entrance is included in all bands).

Our costumes are custom made and required for all Elite Dancers. Please order by August 31, 2024 to guarantee delivery. If you are a returning Elite Dancer, you can use your performance top/leotard from last year.
