The Fortunatos

Owners

Tony and Nichole Fortunato bring over 40 years of combined experience to the dance industry. With Nichole’s professional dance career and Tony’s corporate business background, they have been able to create a convention that is fun and educational. The Fortunato’s have made a commitment to bringing the newest dance knowledge to students and teachers in the U.S. They are very excited to collaborate with top choreographers in the industry to make Excel in Motion® an amazing experience and allow dancers to connect with their idols from SYTYCD and other professional projects. The Fortunato’s want dancers, teachers and family to leave inspired and to continue to excel in their dance dreams. The Fortunatos reside in Massachusetts with their four year old twins, whom you can often see hanging out with the Excel family on tour.

Dance Convention Teachers

All faculty teachers are scheduled to attend all locations, and to teach in all three levels. While all our teachers plan to be at each and every location, occasionally other professional obligations arise and a faculty member or two cannot attend. Excel works with many unbelievable teachers and will replace anyone absent with an equally qualified teacher. Our confirmed faculty for each city will be posted (with the schedule) one week in advance.
